Travel Fees/ Parking Fees

We are based in West Covina, California and we travel to all local counties. If your event is located further than 20 miles (rt) from 91792 a travel fee will be applied to your booking. We currently travel to the following counties: Los Angeles county, Orange county, San Bernardino county and The Inland Empire. Please contact me with your event address for an accurate quote. If your event requires paid parking whether parking lot or street PLEASE notified me in advance so that this amount can be included in your invoice. If any fees are paid by Mama Bear Face Painting you will be responsible for a (CASH ONLY) reimbursement upon arrival.

Deposit

 All bookings require a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (paid via Zelle/Venmo/PayPal). The deposit amount may vary depending on the amount of services booked. Only a deposit can secure your quote, date, time and location. Because our availability changes by the hour we can not hold any slots without receiving a deposit. Once you receive your invoice (via email) we ask that you read through the "terms and conditions" and check for any corrections that may need to be made prior to sending your deposit.
